Measure Phase
Process mapping, data collection plans, measurement system analysis (MSA), and baseline capability assessment.
Analyze Phase
Root cause analysis, fishbone diagrams, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis using Minitab.
Improve & Control
Solution generation, pilot testing, control charts, control plans, and sustaining improvements.
